DIAGNOSTIC
- Undertake an Organizational Human Edge Diagnostic and get your Baseline HE (Human Edge) score.
- The Diagnostic is online , comprises of 40 questions and takes 15 minutes to complete.
- The Diagnostic will pinpoint areas / principles that need attention.
- The Human Edge Diagnostic is to be repeated annually to track progress and align course of action.
DESIGN
- Based on the results of the Diagnostic we will zero in on the areas that require attention and curate requisite solutions using Design Thinking Principles.
- Solutions can vary from learning journeys , career pathways, communication / collaboration tools, talent management initiatives, engagement platforms & reward and recognition strategies.
DEPLOY
- Post the Design phase, we will help (hand hold) your team for effective deployment .
- Deployment can be of people, skills and behaviors , practices, policies, systems and technology,
DISSEMINATE
